- Getting 1st place in Cross Server Arena Conscript, Guard, Airborne, Veteran, Elite leagues gives a Title as reward.

- Adjust in Commander´s stats

- Westwall ranks fixed
- Propaganda Points has been adjusted for certain unusual cases
