Q: I can’t find my character. When I log into the game, it start all over again. Why can’t I continue with my previous progress?

A: Please make sure you are logging into the same server that you previously played on. You can try the servers listed under the “Your Server” section on the server list page. If you can’t remember which server you used, please contact our customer support and provide your character name.
