Q: I have made a payment but haven't received anything. How long will it take before I receive my purchase.
A: In most cases, your purchase should be delivered to you the instant you make the payment. But due to occasional network failures, sometimes it might take a while before it reaches you. If you haven’t receive your purchase 30 minutes after making the payment, please check if:
1. You have credited the purchase to the wrong server or character.
2. Your payment was declined by your credited card issuer. If it’s neither of the above cases, please contact our customer support and provide us with your order ID.
